Wow, I like this bus, it reminds me some souvenirs. My uncle had a bus like this one in the 50's and 60's. I even had the oportunity to go to school with this bus when I was at 7th grade. At that time he had passed away and his daughter ran the bus and taxi company for a few years before selling it to a competitor. I remember the engine noise and the fuel odors and black smoke coming from the GM motor.
Thank you Gaetan the URHS is trying to get a permanent home for all transportation vehicles, for New Jersey have an actual museum... Preserving these pieces such as the bus is extremely important for our future to show where we have been and who we were... Coming from you up in Canada even having great memories of when you were little, this is why preserving our history is important..
