I never thought that I would say "aw" while looking at a moth. It looks cuddly this Fluffy. I have framed Eagle Butterfly, which is actually a moth which comes from Peru/Ecuador. It isn't as cute and it's dead in the frame.

Cheers,

Chris

Chris & Monika Thank you for lovely comments. This little girl had only just hatched from her coccoon. Look closely and you can see tiny claws holding onto the branch. It's not until you look through a macro lens do you realise how unbelievabley complex these short lived creatures are. Just about one week and lifes purpose is fulfilled.

Amazing. All that cuteness for only one week. Nature must have a dark sense of humour.

Inessa To have this beautiful creature climb on your hand is the true pleasure, no more than 50 minutes old in it's adult form.

Look at the claws they are amazing.
