Wonderful photo, David. Me thinks you're getting quite creative and almost "artsy". (Yes, that's a complement!) LOVE the clarity of the stones in the foreground, the reflection of the clouds and the beautiful backdrop. Very well done!

Fish-eye lens?

Ooooh, what a nice view. Love the low angle on this one.

Thank you marra Mike - a reet lush to be proud of... thanks.

As long as its only almost Patty - I wouldn't want to loose my reputation would I! :-)

Isn't it magical indeed Gyöngyi

What I didn't see Kevin as I knelt in the mud and gravel by the lake was the mama moose coming over to nudge me away and peer into my viewfinder and critique the composition.

Many thanks my friends for this great reception to my Colorado Expedition - David

You have a reputation, David? Of course you do ... surprised you don't want to lose it, though! ;o)

Give me a moment Patty and I'll work that one out!

.... but with THREE suns Keith such is the pain of the perfectionist (I am NOT a perfectionist - ask my wife).

Many thanks..... I especially like this one. It was on my list and now its done.....

Best wishes buddy from somewhere in the middle of America - David

Excellent clarity/dof, super photo of a very beautiful scene methinks. Not B&W but has that kinda Ansel Adams look - Yosemite/unsullied by humans/wilderness. L&F.

Best wishes, Brian.

Thank you VERY much Brian old son!

It sure is/was unsullied. The gates were shut thanks to the US Government Shutdown so it was a wee bit of a hike at altitude. But worth it.

Best wishes - David
