Greetings Alfred, Thanks for visiting and commenting on the Grand Teton Mountain Range. These mountains are so rugged and massive they are hard to capture in a way that truly shows their scale. It is beautiful the way these peaks just explode from the ground. There are no foothills. Just a flat plain with the Snake River bed and then the mountains jutting upwards thousands of feet. Just amazing. The snow adds to the grand scale and the impression of their greatness. These peaks are beautiful at other times of the year, but I like them best blanketed with clean white snow. Thanks again. I am glad you like the pictures.

I'm really enjoying this new series of Teton photos Rich -- that new snow makes all the difference.

This is a majestic shot!

Happy snowy trails.

Thanks Bruce, Great trip. We got to ride on dry, clear roads.
