The Town Hall "mairie" of Dellys was built in the beginings of the 20th century by the french colonial autoities. This building is really an impessive architectural achivement as it dominates the port as wel asthe city of Dellys. It had been the theatre of many bomb attacks during the the 90's decade, but was strong enough to resist. More over the earthquake of may 2003 had terribly affected this beautiful achivement which induced the specialists to classify the domages the scale "Orange4". Fortunately, this building has been saved/ Thaks to the Architecture Bureau : Bensalem F. which presents futher studies to confort it, and supervised the works there.
