Dear Kat I am happy to receive the first comment by you.

This is one of the longest glaciers in the Alps, the longest in Italy (10 Km). The ice is partially covered by rocks, but the thicknes of the ice is several hundreds meters. The glaciers ends at an hight of less than 2000 meters.

This image was taken at the end of a long glacier completely covered by rocks.

It is hard to walk in this place.

Dear Shalom, I want to thank you for your choice, it is an honour for me.

My warmest greetings.
