Hi, Massrik - My opinion only, but this guy should be reported to Panoramio. He is a travel consultant who is attempting to build his own photo portfolio for advice to clients without paying for it. He may well be in violation of copyright, and if he wants to use your picture for commercial gain, he should be willing to negotiate a payment price for it.
