In winter it is as cold as the Arctic, it is a large Plateau, many people have died of cold when a sudden Blizzard comes and they can not see where to go in the Blinding snow. It was getting so dangerous that the Authorities destroyed all the shelter huts called Bothies, because too many parties thought they could shelter, but died searching for them.:-(((( slainte scally

WoW! Dead zone. I am freeeeeeeeeeeeezing.
I understood now. Hong Kong is in tropical area. It is not very cold comparatively. But, elderly people may died for sudden cold climate in Winter. Cold weather would be a killer.
I don't like living in cold place. The "refrigerator life" is not suitable to me. I am a "cold blood animal". I must live in a warm place. Short time travelling is acceptable.
Best regards, Jeff

Gracias lourdesa, I am grateful for your comment. The snow covered Mountain in the back ground is the Grampian Plateau, very dangerous to enter in the winter. regards from scotland scally.
