In Jangseong, “where mountains, water, and human history are in harmony," the Baekyang Autumn Tints Festival is held from the end of October to the beginning of November when the beautiful five colors of maples begin to develop against a background of fantastic rocks and stones -- which contain the righteous spirits of Noryeong -- and nutmeg trees designated as a precious natural treasure in Baekyang Mountain and Baekyangsa with its thousand years’ history.
