Turyap Deed Turyap provides services to customers regarding their requests about registration, mortgage and all legal matters relating to this industry. Apart from these TURYAP is operating Residences, purchased them when they were secondary historical building, renovated and running, Those are active with 3T Residence& Offices Brand Taksim (31 Apartments), Beşiktaş (15 Boutique apartment), Unkapanı (6 Apartments) and Gümüşsuyu ( still under construction) Residences. Turyap also provides Lehman Brothers Asset Management Company LCD consulting services. Association, Consolidation and Chambers Memberships Turyap, which is the founder of UFRAD International Franchising Association and GGD Real Estate Enterprising Association, represents the company with being a member of “İTO” İstanbul Chamber Of Commerce and Estate Consultants Trade Committee Chairmanship, and member of FOBDAC International Estate Investors Consultants and Agencies Union. Auctions Turyap offers the sale of properties which belongs to many banks and private organizations, as well as government related establishments by auctions. Those can be listed as; TMSF (Saving Deposits Insurance Found), TOKİ (Turkish Republic Housing authority), TÜPRAŞ (Turkish Petrol Company), İmar Bankası, Emlak Bankası, Türk Ticaret Bankası, Oyakbank and HSBC. Social Responsibility Projects Turyap sponsored the main building renovation of TSD (Turkish Association of Disabled People) in Istanbul.
