Based in Seattle, Washington, Homewaters Project strives to develop an engaged and informed citizenry by connecting people to nature and each other in the context of their home communities. We engage students, teachers and community members in hands-on investigations of their home places by offering programs for primary and secondary schools in Seattle and Shoreline and by offering guided urban nature walks and other programs for the public.
