This hall was built in 1889 at a cost of $850.00 The Farmington Lodge is in need of membership if you have an interest in our order. There are a couple of their members that are at the Firehouse across the stree if you stop in and ask about being an Odd Fellow. I also have a photo of the Placerville Lodge posted in Google Earth.

I loved the gliders... Flew as a passenger couple times in the 1970's until the bad crash, then my Dad said "No More" One of those planes ended up by my house in the Old Ohlone campus.

This is very exciting. I have some friends, who are Odd fellows in that area that I am sure will be excited to attend this event. I will let them know. There is a Lodge in Eureka that is still very active.

Also, My GrandFather was a member of the Blue Lake Odd Fellows Lodge, I wish I could make it up there, bu this is a bit far for me to drive.

I was very happy with the preservation of the hall when we were there 2 years ago, keep up the great work.

Hi Dan,

I did look at the link you provided and was excited to see the photo of the IOOF Hall in Lincoln, since I do not have that Lodge hall posted in Google earth, I will have to make a trip up there and get it logged.

Thanks for the info.

Nancy

Do you have a photo of the old hall? One problem I have when looking for Lodge halls is that the only address i have is the IOOF hall in such and such city. In Byron, I took my mom as she had attended a Rebekah meeting at the hall. She was not sure, but thought that was the hall.
