The "exact" location of this sugar mill is near where marked. However, the best way to find it would be to ask directions from locals in the town of Hato Mayor, which was what I did. The mill is very close to Hato Mayor.
This is a typical "guagua" or public transport in the Dominican Republic. I took this photo in the parking lot of the Isla gasoline station near the intersection known as the "cruce de Bayahibe" in 1998.
