Back in the 60s& 70s I lived next to this pond owened by the Bell family ..Who owened most of this valley in Little blue as well as James a reed wildlive park land I fished and went swimming here for like 15 years .. bailed hay ran cows down the middle of the street over the old bridge with Dr Bell and the workers that lived in ther rental farmhouses it was all farmland what a great life as a kid was suprised that some of them old homes R gone now 2014 .. then old railroad station is still there next to the rr tracks .. the rumor Jessy James had been ther in it I lived it it for 4-years as a kid to then next to the bridge in the house that is now gone but the little White church at Noland road still stands the Bells gave it to have a Church in the area and can never be torn down

I do not miss this intersection. Like, at all.
Some day no more real trail...too bad...
I believe this was part of the old interurban rail system.
