I have visited Daumeray several times because Louis Guertin, the pioneer of the Guertins living in North America, was born there in 1625. I have also visited Sable-sur-Sarthe and LaFleche, where he lived before his departure for Montreal in 1653. Last September I was in Paris. -- FGuertin

anyone boating past this ferry, remember one thing...when its on the go, wait til it crosses. we hit the cable its attached to not knowing it was there. could have been costly.
