not sure but i visit there all the time..the p.o and general store seem to be where the hotel is and the what the locals call the coolabah hilton is the the last shop no milk bar after that...the coolabah hilton used to be a shop now it is an empty building for rent

This is actually the old Princes Hwy bridge remnants. The original rail bridge is the one still in use.

The antennae were not shipped to Canberra as mentioned above. One was shipped to Gnangara Earth Station near Perth, WA, and the other to Oxford Falls Earth Station near Sydney. I worked at Moree Earth Station 1968-1969 before transferring to Ceduna Earth Station is SA.

Brings back great memories. Attended Albury Grammar School (Headmaster; Alex Sellars)in late 1950's. Remember the railway station when I first arrived on the overnight train from Sydney.

We were a group of hockey players and friends from Campbelltown, NSW in Grafton over the Queen's Birthday weekend (5-8June) and visited the Royal for a meal. The food was good value and the bonfire in the garden was a treat!
