That's the annoyance of Panoramio. We always find others peoples photos of what we missed.... :-))
Surprising how opulent some country town memorials are. There's a lot of names on this one.
1724 views and mine is the first "Like" ??? Really?
I know it's an oldie but somehow I missed this one previously. Wonderful old building and surprisingly, the paper is still in production.
Actually this was the sight of a few movies as well. The old Kirkeby Mansion was built in the 30s The front was just used for outdoor shots. The inside scenes and the cement pond were shot on a set.The actual mansion inside doesnt look nothing at all like what was on the tv series. After all....it was just a tv show.....not a real family.
I was married join this church. Definitely the Uniting Church. Used to be the Presbyterian Church....
This monument looks pretty nice at night too.
G'day tilii my father was in partenership with another fellow in the late 50s in this pub and we lived there for a while as kids. Some great memories.

I am pleased to see and enjoy your Tongan photography, Nipper. Hufangalupe Beach, Tongatapu. This is a section of the Liku Coast (meaning windward or exposed surf coast) and as such is the southwestern coast of the island.
