There is very little water there...looking with the eye. But when you're there the salt sticks to you like snow because of the moisture from the lake bed. This picture is a little tricky. What you're looking at is a very small puddle about the size of a regular tire. I have the camera just inches from the ground. That was the largest puddle...if not the only puddle of water I saw.
