Andrew Morten, Trave…
I work in the travel industry arranging rather unique travel itineraries through New Zealand. Thus I am very fortunate to travel around New Zealand quite often. Even though I have seen much of it, it is always different from one visit to the next. The nature and landscapes are amongst the very best anywhere. The people are great too- very friendly. Its clean, safe and easy to travel through, and its not even expensive if you have dollars pounds or euros. Its even great when the weather is foul!

Hey, Andrew, thats our Waimak! Did you take a rod with you? Some nice fish if you take the time, but you need to have a licence for that...

Have you been across the the Chatham's Andrew?
A few hundred km east of the mainland. Seals galore as it is a breeding ground for them, and White Pointers too!
Have a good week.

Sad to say that last time I drove past there was a big fence around it after the earthquake. Looks like it will get demolished. Another kiwi classic falls victim to shaky times.

Hi Mike,
We have been sending our travel clients there for a few days as part of their holiday for the past years and they love it. I stayed there in Feb and we too really enjoyed it. maybe a bit quiet to live in, but very nice for a few days. And its still a great house inside packed with old details. Very cosy.
Cheers, Andrew
