It was down the side of a causeway in the swamp. Reminded of some goober throwing trash off the side of the road. Obviously it was dry at one time; I wished I knew the history or the stories it could tell.

That may be so, but the stickers on the windows and the lack of siding on the exterior lends itself to looking like it’s still under renovation. Greelyville is so small, I am sure everyone in the town has their own opinions about how this home should be completed.

Thanks for the info, I never really know if a building in such good shape may or may not be left abandoned, I remember this place and it was a great looking building, love the doorway.
