Son of Poland, General and Military Engineer of the American Revolution. Fortified Saratoga and the West Point/Hudson River Complex.
First Dedicated on September 1, 1904 in Humboldt Park, the Monument was Moved to this Site and Rededicated October 22, 1978.

This is an incredible picture. I've always been fascinated by mountains and skyscrapers, and this is a great picture of both.
