As you can see on the sign, this is a physical therapy clinic for outpatient therapy, not a rehab center. This IS a great picture of the clinic though!
One of these times I'll get it right. When I first posted, only blurry satellite imagery was available. Now it's much more clear. I've moved them again.
The exact location is not known; I didn't have my GPS that day. I tried to put it in the general vicinity of the Mesa Verde National Park. If you can do better, suggest a change and I'll do it.
