Great shot bulach, thanks for sharing this cool castle!
This used to be the hall of the 46th Company of the Boys Brigade, the largest company in Edinburgh, prior to that it was the school that Robert Louis Stevenson went to.
Very good reflex like
Thank you davward. Yes we have lots of blue. The pic is northern New South Wales. I live in Adelaide, South Australia - quite a lot of blue here too. Cheers
thanks Neil I was surprised to our photos
Nice scene. I dont fish but I do stop there quite often on my way to and from the highlands, one of my favourite spots in Scotland. Last time (around august/september I think) there were lots of small fish (young trout?) jumping up to catch midges right next to where your angler is sitting. I got a few shots of them but nothing good enough to put up here.
Great capture ! Have a nice day.
Dear Nick, Yes I heard that these buildings had been burnt down. Very sad, they were a great feature of Maclean. Pity they can't be restored but I guess the damage was too great. I will leave the pictures on Panoramio to show what was. Good wishes, Nwil
