This photo was taken on the waterfront, in Versoix, 5-6 miles outside Geneva, en route to Lausanne. The pointer shows "Bellevue"; it needs to be moved.
This is the breakwater, in Versoix, near the steamer landing stage. Projecting left, at the far end of the street, is the breakwater of the old fishing harbour ("Le Vieux Port"). Again, this is NOT Bellevue.
I believe this is a back street in Versoix, that overlooks Lake Geneva and the steamer landing stage there. It is NOT in Bellevue. The latter community is 3-4 miles closer to Geneva.
