Hi Léo, as you know the difficulty is a relative matter depending of the skills and performance of every one. Is not a difficult peak technically speaking, nevertheless from the middle upper area you climb over high angle slopes. You need to be in a good shape since the rise is long and quite vertical. I did not use any map -probably there is not any-, but I set the starting position in the GPS for safety. First stage you go into the woods following a dry river until you see the peak appearing at your left hand side. From this point there is no path, you just have to orientate visually. Once you are in full ascension is easy to confuse the summit by intermediate steps of the mountain. This will happen several times but at the last step you will see the peak at the end of the vertex of the mountain, a wonderful view and the verification that still there is a long track to climb .This is a characteristic of the climb: it is much longer than it seems, so I recommend you to be well equipped and manage the time and energy carefully. While climbing take in account that the left side is a real cliff, caution approaching to the vertex. Main hazards: . If you need help, nobody will rescue you. . Is said that there are bears and wolves in the area -keep food safely stored- and pay attention. . It's easy to become disoriented even climbing down -take your own references while climbing up-. . Weather is unpredictable and extreme, attempt summit only with good weather.

Enjoy of the climb, it is a marvelous and unforgotable place!. Carles.

Molt interessant Giusy. A Catalunya el cognom Solinas, encara que no abundant -tampoc ho és el meu- , és perfectament conegut. Ens sona molt proper, "molt d´aquí". No sé si té relació de quan els catalans van estar a Sardegna. Una salutació des de Barcelona!. Carles
