Yes, I know with the present transportation technologies, it is only suitable for "low cost per tonage" goods, but yet, that's what is needed for most inland production and raw goods extraction facilities - The powerhouses of real self-sustainable economies.
Not mentioning of the touristic still not fully realized potential.
