The "translucent lady" is the result of a very slow shutter speed. I was on the bridge before sunrise to avoid the throngs of tourists and souvenir shops that choke the bridge during the day. I was shooting from a tripod and my shutter speed was four seconds long. As I made my exposure, she walked through the photo. Early morning, or early evening are my favorite times of day to shoot urban setting on my travels.
