This is definitely Lake Victoria location, but is a picture of Mt Colchuck, from across Colchuck Lake. Colchuck is part of what is referred to as the Dragontail along the backside of the Enchantment Area near Leavenworth. This needs to be corrected, it is very irritating the Google Earth does not allow the photo to be disputed.

Lost Lake IS a fabulous place to spend a summer's eve.
Tunnel Falls is actually further up the canyon. It is about 5 miles past Punchbowl Falls.
