I looked at the photo more closely. The 1975 flood occurred late September. There should be leaves on most trees. Ste Rose was flooded again in May 1986. If you are right then this is 1986 not 1975 as I first thought.

I think the photos were taken mid June 1975. Unfortunately I didn't take as many photos as I should have. I was working at Conawapa and then Limestone, I got the Long Spruce photos as I passed through.
I worked on the project..not 1975 much later. perhaps the year befor it opened. I remeber building the platform for the queen to come.

The location you have shown is Whitewater Lake. I think you mean Lake William which is 20 or 25 miles to the southeast.
