Wow. I've seen your news making shot before. This fire occured just a week after I was in Penticton, but I drove right beside the fires in Kamloops and Jasper in '03. This fire's smoke actually made the sunsets blood red way out in Edmonton, AB! What a spectacular, dramatic, beautiful, but terrifyingly destructive shot. This picture is worth more than a thousand words.
