Souvenirs d'un voyage à Pragues
● Ijaz Ahmad,
Best wishes to both of You. Bogdan
A sort of sad winter view, with that red spot to lighten it up... L94
It's one of the great photo communities Caroline. But I have a problem. A big draw for me was being able to show my part of the world to others and maybe coax them to come and see one day. Oz is very special for those who want something different to the European style of scenery - and not risk being shot at or catching malaria or ebola. And we even have a bit of a 'wild west' history, a tough pioneering legacy. It's been even more revealed to me since joining Pano. So getting selected was kind of special for me.
They make quite a difference on sunny days Caroline. Even help monotone shots with cloud definition.
Hi Caroline. Great to have you call in. Funny how we can pass a subject occasionally for years and not notice it, like this one.
Not sure what I'll do with my photography. Have been thinking about joining that other site. There are others, but I get the impression 'that' site is best suited to the regular joe (me). If Pano is kept going beyond Google I might stay here though. I'm not as interested in photography as some, I was really prompted to get sort of serious by Pano with its showing people our part of the world. What a great ride it's been, and I've learned so much. I don't want all those hard-earned dollars spent on photo gear to be wasted so I guess I need to find another outlet. Still thinking about it.
By the way, I was sort of cajoled into joining FBk under my real name because of a club membership :/, and have been communicating fairly regularly with Roger P, so if you are on that site you'd be more than welcome to chat with us. Roger's an interesting fellow.
Bella e piena di vita.Like. Cordialissimi saluti.
Haha......'wildflower' would be the correct terminology Steve! :))
Tassie.....lucky you! Speaking as a fifth generation Tasmanian....I love Tassie! And you obviously know that's not just bias talking....what a beautiful, beautiful place you'll be moving to! Where in particular?
I'll check out your gallery on Flickr....I've just joined 500px. Seems there is a growing number of ex Pano people over there now....worth a look. Comments make keeping in touch a little like the Pano community.
Cheers.....and good luck for the future, Pam.
