This is truly a beautiful Christmas Card scene, Jim - but it looks pretty chilly.

• The northern hemisphere gets to have such beautiful traditional romantic Christmases

• here, we celebrate with salads, fruit, ices, chilled wines, cold meats & barbecues to counteract the summer heat, and although I am definitely not complaining, I would - just once in my lifetime - so love to experience a real wintry Christmas with snow and all the northern hemisphere trimmings!!
