Неплохо, но смотрится как слипшаяся.
Я помню в дельте Волги ели так (ложками из банки) черную. Но вкус частично был утерян, т.к. ее продавали паюсную - с пленками или слипшуюся..

Бывает еще иногда в Москве нормальная икра, но ИП-шники скоро сведут на нет и эти рудиментарные остатки нормальной икры..
