Hi Mark, Pleased to see your pic on Caiwarro station. I visited this place about 15 years ago with my father, who in his youth used to travel out here with his father, who did the annual books on Cairwarro and Currawinyah for the Kidman empire.

This is the mound of Edo castle's dungeon. And your picture clearly shows the entry point, slops leading up into the dungeon.

Yes, there used to be a huge towers made of woods,on this mound.
