The position of the photo was where I was located when taking the picture in a aircraft. It is not the location of the quarry, per Panoramio guidelines.
Seriously??? That's IT? It looks like a snow fence! I think the fence between my neighbor and I (in Alaska) is sturdier! And... well I wouldn't have a suggestion for just ending 20ft into the water.. but.. no wonder they have problems controlling border access. I'm not criticizing as much as I'm just shocked... dumbfounded!
