I was assigned to the 44th MMS from 1967-1970. was on a Combat Targeting Team for the Minute Man Missile System. Our shop was located in this huge building along with many others. I remember washing down the hanger floor many time,what a job.

I know! I love it so much. It is one of my all time favorite bases. Its a shame the are closing it. Even though its the 3rd oldest continuously operating base in the country. That gives me some real heartburn.
