This wouldn't be the first photo Panoramio to be miss-placed elsewhere (I wonder if this has to do with an automated search of place names?) Rest assured, having lived 300 metres from this location for the latter part of the 90's to the early 00's, it is located in Lewes.

Immediately behind and to the right of the electricity pylon is the remains of a slate spoil heap which is in the process of being removed. Compare this to a photo (also in this collection) taken from a nearby position of the same spoil heap taken in 1969.
