This is, indeed, the Sante Fe Railroad Bridge located bewteen Fort Madison, IA and Niota, IL and it appears that Brand Hout was standing in Riverview Park in Fort Madison when s/he framed the shot.
Now that's what I call an iconic building...Me and 2 other old gits from the UK are doin' a road trip across the States in Oct 08 from NYC to SFO...and Dealey Plaza is in my top 3 destinations...a must see...
