I believe you moved it too far south. I believe it was taken from around the base of the First Flatiron. Take a look at Colorado Nomad's picture at http://www.panoramio.com/photo/20699477 and you'll see the same foreground rocks. That would place this at 39 59.50N 105 17.48W
