Good to hear from you Kernanakim and glad you liked the pic. I was there yesterday having travelled up by the 'West Somerset Railway'. Hope you are able to visit the area yourself soon. Jim

John. Thanks for coming back and good to hear from you. Like your pics also, you certainly know how to take a good pic. I went to Wales last week, Snowdon Railway, and enjoyed it. I generally try to take a camera along if I am out for a walk and try to cover places which do not have many pics on Google Earth. Adds interest to a walk. Best wishes. Jim Rider (Honiton, Devon)

Hello Jim, This could be a scene conceived by the Revd W. Awdrey (Spelling?) had he lived in the age of digital imagery. I imagine the Fat Director is striding imperiously down the platform to inspect the condition of the brass fittings on the engine! Thanks for your correction of my Branksome shot - Google Earth seems to be prone to a localised version of continental drift! John G.

Known locally as 'The Market Hall' but truly a Covered Market the structure has eight oak pillars and a tiled roof. It dates from the 16th Century. Well worth a visit as is the village.
