It is suspected that developments at Denia Harbour and/or climate change are having an erosive effect on Les Marines beach, which seems to be getting less wide than it used to be.
There's certainly not enough beach left at this location to play beach volleyball any more!

We were looking for the Celtic Carved rock (further east) thought we'd discovered some ritualistic trappings but I think some pranksters had just dragged an existing corpse to this upright stone to create some drama and who am I to let such photo opportunity's to slip away?
