People who were born in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, etc) and those from the overseas British territories are British. The Queen is their head of State. We are not British, but like New Zealand, Canada and other countries have the same Queen as head of State. If it hadn't been for stupid Linears, you would had the Queen as Head of State, instead of what you have now.
