Look closely and beyond, for there is so much to see. Look both at the beautiful and the plain and record what you see, for things change, sometimes rapidly and sometimes imperceptibly. Nothing is ever quite the same again. Please do not use a copy and paste comment. I would be far happier if you expressed your views on a photo in an interesting and original way, then I would be more inclined to visit your gallery. The Google Translate function works well, so the use of English is not necessary. Friendly wishes. Please - no more invitations to groups.

Again thank you so much, Steve! One learns such a lot from visits to cities. I didn't realise that Tennyson was a Lincolnshire man like yourself. It's a pity the sun wasn't shining on him that day.

Cheers, Amelia

Does it have a NAME?

That is praise indeed from a Lincolnshire man, Steve. Thank you so much. I still think your view of the cathedral from the castle walls is so much better, especially with the blue sky behind it! If we go to Lincoln again we'll buy a pricey ticket for the both the cathedral and the castle! ;-)

Cheers, Amelia

Don't you have enough room at home then, Steve? Yes, I enquired within, and sure enough a certain Mr.Weall had bought all the stock of Talisker, and they were waiting for a bulk delivery which is being sent straight to CSP I believe. ;-)

Cheers, Amelia

Do you know what I think, Leo? His face reflects the weather, and on a sunny day he'll have a big smile on his face. This theory will, I'm sure, be tested by Steve. ;-)

Cheers, Amelia

Lovely angles here, Leo. I particularly like the repetition of windows and yellow 'sunshades'. very geometrical and pleasing to the eyes.

Warm greetings, Amelia

This looks very dramatic, Leo. What has been happening?

Warm wishes, Amelia

It's nice to see that you have been showing off your home town again, Leo. I like the contrasts of shapes and styles here, especially against that blue sky! Lucky you. ;-)

Warm wishes, Amelia

Folks have been prepared for the snow, Dany, and wisely covered the bicycle saddles with plastic bags; but no-one has ventured to ride out to get the shopping. I love the way the snow has outlined the bicycles. A lovely touch of winter in Italy.

Hugs, Amelia

A lovely market place, Dany, and you can buy flowers to refresh your containers. I love the soft colours of the stonework, and the shuttered windows. It reminds me quite a lot of places in rural France.

Hugs, Amelia
