Look closely and beyond, for there is so much to see. Look both at the beautiful and the plain and record what you see, for things change, sometimes rapidly and sometimes imperceptibly. Nothing is ever quite the same again. Please do not use a copy and paste comment. I would be far happier if you expressed your views on a photo in an interesting and original way, then I would be more inclined to visit your gallery. The Google Translate function works well, so the use of English is not necessary. Friendly wishes. Please - no more invitations to groups.

Very nice picture and good day to you. Greetings: Laci L

Great photo Nick. YS~L. Tone.

This was taken on the eve of the referendum, Steve, and there wasn't a soul about on such a beautiful evening. I can't imagine what they were all doing! Many thanks for the YS-L. Very much appreciated.

The best or worst headlines this morning were in the Guardian: 'Over. And out'.

Cheers, Amelia

Underneath this contraption there is a big rubber tyre hanging from the chains. I did have a go on that, Joe. Nobody was there at the time - they were all watching the football. LOL

Cheers, Amelia

These were the baby swings, Joe. I know I'm small, but squeezing into the little 'buckets' was beyond my capability and hip measurements. LOL

For one hopeful moment the golden area under the line of dark clouds resembled the sea, Joe, and I was entranced - but only for a moment, then reality checked in. ;-)

Cheers, Amelia

We didn't see the memorial here, Steve, probably due to lowered caffeine levels, and it had been a long day in Boston and Bolingbroke. Adrian was going to take the tour, but time was against him unfortunately.

Cheers, Amelia

Yes the owners of the house next door have created a rather lovely curved path to their property, Joe. I would have liked to explore further, but there were a couple of barking dogs there that didn't look very happy, and I wasn't sure if the mill was part of the property.

Cheers, Amelia

Many thanks, Joe. As you can see, the mill is no longer working, but at least I managed to get another village sign here, ;-)

Cheers, Amelia

It's definitely on the cards, Joe, and if Scotland does become independent and joins the EU, I'm seriously considering getting a Scottish passport!!!!

Cheers, Amelia
