Look closely and beyond, for there is so much to see. Look both at the beautiful and the plain and record what you see, for things change, sometimes rapidly and sometimes imperceptibly. Nothing is ever quite the same again. Please do not use a copy and paste comment. I would be far happier if you expressed your views on a photo in an interesting and original way, then I would be more inclined to visit your gallery. The Google Translate function works well, so the use of English is not necessary. Friendly wishes. Please - no more invitations to groups.

Amelia Royan's conversations

Hi Amelia,

I like your sentiment of 'Look closely and beyond, for there is so much to see.' In my case I will admit to not looking so well, for I was in Llandudno a couple of times last year, and never noticed! Thank you for sharing the picture and knowledge! If by any chance you are still there, a special steam train is due at 13:30 today, and again and again at 19:00 hrs.

Best Wishes Peter

What a smashing view from your vantage point here Amelia and one that shows the Stubb Drainage Windmill nr Hickling so you have pumping to drainage in one shot :))

a YS-L from me

An interesting shot indeed Amelia and one with nice light and framing too .. it will be lovely to see it back in working order after the repairs and thank you for the link on that progress

my one regret while visiting Horsey is not looking in on the thatched round tower village church ... perhaps next time

An interesting viewpoint here Amelia looking over the Welsh slate ( and odd metal frame outside the window ? ) towards the castle ruins on high .. a shot "liked" by me for sure

I have been to lake Balaton in the summer, Eta, and it was very hot. I van hardly believe that the lake freezes so hard in the winter months! Do they remove some of the ice and put it on the side?

Greetings, Amelia

Thank you, Eta. It's quite a climb up to here, but the views are good,

Greetings to Hungary, Amelia

The tea leaks out of the side, Dany, so it's just about the right amount! ;-)

We should have a roof on the privy by the end of today!

Hugs, Amelia
