You will be very lucky to se this beach with so few people on it. I think this is an old photo and yes, it's in Krabi, not Phuket.

This aerial is of Haad Rin, Koh Pha Ngan, Thailand. You can see Haad Rin Nai (Sunset Beach) on the bottom and Haad Rin Nok (Sunrise Beach) on the top. This is where the Full Moon Party is held every month. I arrived at the pier on Sunset Beach about 2 and a half hours later via the HaadRin Queen. A ferry from Big Buddha Beach, Koh Samui to Haad Rin.

This ferry is the HaadRin Queen at Big Buddha Harbor, Koh Samui. It goes from Big Buddha Beach, to Haad Rin Nai (Sunset Beach) in Koh Pha Ngan. It is the latest ferry to catch to Pha Ngan if you get a late flight to Samui. It is cheap and goes strait to Haad Rin rather than to Thong Sala far to the north.
