I'm an architectural historian in Beijing. The reason why I built, and I'm still building, this collection of photos of Chinese ancient architecture is that I want to stimulate discussion about the protection and care of our ancient relics and heritage. not really. if you zoom in the google map, you can see the configuration of relic. It is a rectangular building almost like a 四合院. Now the farmers are growing veggies inside.
In addition, the location is in the valley. Not the best location to build the wall.
The wall is about another 300 m up the trail. You can also see it quite clearly on Google earth.

沒錯，我想這座小殿的宋代木構原件幾乎無存，只是平面和形制保留宋制。而即使后部梁架是現代維修前的原構也早不過明初，所以斷宋是不合適的。

真如寺中只有大雄寶殿是元代原構，也就是圖中中心那座，其余都是建國后新修的。因為地理之便多次訪問此寺，目睹其迅速“更新壯大”，現在寺內外雖然失去了往日寧靜，但梵境甚佳。
