Splendid beach! I see some noise in picture - better to use lower ISO value and tripod - if you have got one.

I viewed many a sunset from within 100 meters of the location shown, but they all appeared in the sky to the west.

Conrad - this beach is known as DIAZ BEACH, named after the Portuguese mariner-explorer BARTHOLOMEU DIAZ who planted a stone cross in the area in 1488 commemorating his voyage around the Cape of Storms at Cape Point (which would be just behind you in this photograph).
GENERAL INFO: There are some terrific walks/hikes in this area all along the cliffs and sea, and there is some beautiful wild "fynbos" to be seen growing here too with lots to keep bird-lovers happy! A great area for picnics, (but for preservation purposes, DON'T feed the local baboon troop if they make an appearance, please!!)
