I am assuming this is near New Waverly. My memory about the exact location is vague. I know I used to stop here many years ago on my way to Galveston. There's a Exxon gas station on the intersection to the left of the picture.
I like it. I remember back in the early 70's, my dad and I went out with a metal detector to the "backroads" of Fort Worth and went treasure hunting. Found nothing but tin cans and car parts but this photo reminds me of that day.

You can believe me the german beer in the US and on other places on world it´s not the same when You drink the beer here in Germany!It is a difference how day and nigth!
