According to my pseudoscientific theory the "bridge" has a very important function - without it the core of Yooperland would sail away. The crew of the Keweenaw vesssel should stay calm 'cause the gangway seems sturdy enough. However, a few rope would help, just in case.

Middle of Nowhere huh? Wow - That is too funny but slightly ignorant. We have fresh air, healthy intelligent people, oil, oil, oil and oil up here. This area abounds in everything good and decent- sort of like in the good old days when folks helped each other out and weren't afraid of their next door neighbor.
